Weapon of Vengeance Wolverine is the non-BAF figure in the Marvel Legends Strange Tales Blackheart Build-A-Figure wave. This version blends Wolverine with Ghost Rider-style visual elements, giving the character a more supernatural look that fits the darker tone of the assortment.

As a release, this figure stands apart from the rest of the wave because it is not tied to a Build-A-Figure component. For some collectors that makes it the easiest figure to buy just for the character, while for others it is the most skippable figure in the line if the goal is only to complete Blackheart.

SCULPT AND DESIGN

This figure uses a muscular Wolverine-style body with a supernatural redesign built around a flaming skull portrait and darker costume colours. The brown and yellow suit layout keeps it recognisable as Wolverine, while the skull head and flame effects push it firmly into Ghost Rider territory.

The body sculpt is fairly clean and comic-styled, with strong chest, shoulder and leg proportions that suit a more aggressive display. The large flaming head is the standout feature and gives the figure a very different shelf presence from standard Wolverine releases. Articulation follows the usual modern Marvel Legends layout, with good movement in the limbs for action poses, although the larger head sculpt can affect some natural neck positioning. Paint is simple but effective, with the orange flame effects doing most of the visual work.
