Neel Review
General Overview:
Neel makes his Black Series debut just in time for the Skeleton Crew Disney+ launch. With a rugged, explorer-style outfit, a functional-looking backpack, and a selection of tools, Neel looks like a young adventurer prepared for anything the Outer Rim can throw at him.
Accessories & Functionality:
Neel comes with a walkie-talkie, a flashlight, a tool, and a backpack. These all fit well and add to the character’s practical, survivalist aesthetic. The only downside is the small flashlight—it’s easy to lose, so be careful when posing or displaying the figure.
Articulation & Poseability:
The standard Black Series articulation makes Neel easy to pose, though the bulk of the backpack can affect balance. Without the backpack, articulation is excellent, making Neel great for both static display and action poses.
Head Sculpt & Paint Application:
The sculpting is well done, with subtle details in the hair and face that make Neel stand out. The outfit has nice weathering effects that add realism, and the accessories have sharp paint applications.
