Imperial Officer (Ferrix) (2022) Black Series Review
General Overview:
The Imperial Officer (Ferrix) figure brings the undercover Imperial forces from Andor into the Black Series. With a solid sculpt and a great set of accessories, this is a fantastic army-builder or a great standalone figure for fans of the series.
Accessories & Functionality:
Hasbro included a removable helmet, goggles, and a blaster, which add a lot of versatility. The ability to swap between a disguised and standard look makes this figure more dynamic than a typical Imperial officer release.
Articulation & Poseability:
With 22 points of articulation, this figure moves well, though some batches have reported slightly loose joints. The arms and legs have a good range of motion, allowing for plenty of posing options.
Head Sculpt & Paint Application:
The sculpting is well-done, with crisp uniform details and a strong likeness for a generic Imperial officer. The paintwork is solid, though a bit of weathering on the uniform would have made it even better.
Final Thoughts:
If you’re a fan of Andor or just love building up your Imperial ranks, this figure is a great pickup. The helmet and goggles give it more display options than a standard officer, making it a strong addition to any Black Series collection.
